    Initially offered in January of 2007, this custom software has been used in 1,100 stores nationwide with exciting results. In the year since we have introduced, the reporting and graphing features have been refined to provide the most valuable numbers any business owner would want to know about their store which are detailed below. The major benefit and key design of our software as compared to other options is our Markets Sectors are based on order history which makes them 100% accurate. We do not buy any expensive lists that can end up being 30% to 40% inaccurate.

A monthly report that shows you a general Carrier Route breakdown with demographic information and quantities in each Market Sector.
   
Customer Movement Graphs -
Related to the Core Markets Sectors by showing how each customer arrived in their current Market Sector over the course of the program.
   
Customer Movement Report-
A breakdown by Carrier Route of the current month's data based on how customers moved within the Market Sectors.
   
Data Response Report-
Designed to give you a snapshot of how your store is performing in the areas of Customer Retention, Conversion of New and Rejuvenated to Frequent buyers and Rejuvenation of customers in your At Risk, Hi Risk, and Lost sectors.
